A delicious and tangy sprout salad rolled up in a crisp nori roll. This light yet nutrient dense treat will fill you up for hours
Our Favorite Dressing:
2 tbs. Flora sesame seed oil
1 tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tbs. agave nectar
1/4 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. goji berry extract powder
Whisk everything together until well combined and creamy. Set aside.
Sprout Salad
1 handful Sunflower Sprouts
1 handful Kale Sprouts
1 handful Broccoli Sprouts
1 handful Mung Bean Sprouts
1 handful Sorrel Sprouts
1 handful Cilantro Sprouts
1 handful Tatsoi Sprouts
1 handful Onion Sprouts
1/2 ripe avocado (sliced)
3 Nori Sheets
Combine all the sprouts in one big bowl, pour the dressing around so it coats all the sprouts evenly. Take a nori sheet (make sure it’s untoasted) Place 2 handfuls of the salad on top, lay some avocado slices on top, roll everything into a nice tight roll. Cut in half and enjoy! Repeat with remaining ingredients.
